Linjemontage är ett modernt företag inom elkraftbranschen som utför entreprenadarbeten inom området kraftförsörjningsanläggningar ifrån 0,4 kV till 400 kV. Det kan vara allt från komplexa leveranser av kompletta transformatorstationer, leveranser av kraftledningar till utbyte av delar av system som ex.v fjärrkontroll, reläskydd m.m. Våra kunder är bl.a elnätsägare, industrier, kommunala och statliga förvaltningar. Linjemontage har kontor och verksamhet över hela Sverige samt i Norge och en filial i Kroatien. Vi är drygt 400 anställda. Sedan 2019 är Linjemontage en del av Kalpataru Projects International Ltd
About the Role
As a Business Developer at Linjemontage, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the energy sector. You will work closely with senior management, business area leaders, and technical specialists to strengthen our market position and support long-term growth.
The role involves analyzing markets, identifying business potential, and developing strategies to secure future projects. You will also lead and coordinate tendering activities for major high-voltage infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities.
Develop and implement business strategies that strengthen Linjemontage’s market position.
Lead and coordinate tendering and procurement processes for high-voltage substations, transformer stations, and transmission line projects.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, grid operators, utility companies, and other key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and investment plans within the energy and power infrastructure sectors.
Participate in negotiations and commercial discussions with customers and partners.
Collaborate with internal project, engineering, and estimating teams to ensure competitive and high-quality proposals.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in business development, sales, tender management, or project development within the energy, electrical, or infrastructure sectors.
A solid understanding of the energy market and its ongoing development.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into concrete business opportunities.
Experience working with complex procurement processes and large-scale investment projects.
Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken. Basic Swedish is an advantage.
A relevant academic degree in engineering, business, economics, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in power transmission, high-voltage systems, transmission lines, or substations is considered a strong advantage.
